Any class confirmation emails should include the season - whether it's upon registration or when selecting action, class confirmations directly from the student.
What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
We have multiple seasons happening in the summer (June, July, August, Summer Performance, Camps, etc.). Some classes are titled the same and others are not. We also have an older demographic because we are an all adult studio. When we get questioned about what classes they are enrolled in, sending the class confirmation email doesn't designate which season they are in. I only know because I selected the season. |
How should this work? |
Just include the season ANYWHERE classes are confirmed. Ideally, it would be nice to have the choice to select multiple seasons when sending the confirmations but that might be more in-depth. |

You already keep it simple with the email confirmation function - it's just adding the season to the communication. |
