Make the progress reports remain AFTER a season ends.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We just spent hours entering progress reports and recommendations for next year but when the season ended, they disappeared from the parents accounts before they had a chance to read them.

How should this work?

Have it remain static in their account.

Students, parents, and admin

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It will relieve us having to manually upload pdf files to each account or mailing progress reports and recommendations directly to families. The skills feature does not solve this issue.
