Hide report cards until ready to send

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Our teachers need to enter their Goals / Report Card information in the week before our school showcase. We do not want families to see this information until after showcase as it shares class placement for the next school year.

How should this work?

Have an option to hide Goals / Report Cards until a certain date. Maybe build in a feature to send an email to families to check their Report Card on the date that it is made available

Administrators, Staff, Students, Parents

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

If the information is released early, it can cause stress for families during our Spring Showcase. Some students will boast about being moved up while others will lament that they are in the same level for another year. It makes for an unpleasant showcase if the information is shared early.
