Add Jump to: links to all Student pages and tabs

Reduces navigation from one student to the other by at least two clicks.

How should this work?

In the header of each Student page there is a Jump to: link just as in the Student Transactions page.

Admins and Staff

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It would significantly reduce the number of clicks and time as I make changes, adjustments, or transactions.
