Make Scheduling a trial class easier for Parents

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Scheduling a trial is currently not the most obvious for future students. Parents accidentally sign up for a drop in class or do not sign up for a trial at all because it is too confusing for them to find the correct place to sign up. I feel I lose a lot of potential customers because the process is too confusing (even when I send them video guides and screen shots to help before they even try to schedule a trial).

How should this work?

Move the schedule a trial option to the same section as the drop-in and enroll, so that when parents select the class they are interested in, it's in a more obvious spot. (The less steps for parents the better).

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Everyone! Parents will have less steps and be less confused. Admins will have less follow ups and fixes to make. Also we will probably see less account creations with no trial signups.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It will make helping customers schedule a trial class a lot easier. And eliminate a lot of back and forth with customers to get them booked.
