What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
As studio owners, we’re already absorbing a significant amount of operational cost, so the recent changes to surcharging ultimately reduce our revenue. While I completely understand the legal requirements behind the change, displaying it so prominently isn’t necessarily the most beneficial approach from a business perspective. At the end of the day, I’d prefer to encourage customers to continue using the payment methods they already use comfortably and consistently. |

Bumping this! Definitely needs to be taken care of ASAP
This is really a shame! Please remove this verbiage. We are being compliant on our end making sure that we let our families know of the 3% surcharge added to credit card transactions.
Please remove this! Studio owners are incurring significant expenses due to the new requirement. Publicizing there are no fees and not allowing the studio to make the change in the settings is the opposite of beneficial during this transition. Also - please allow for studio owners to turn off the ability to pay with debit cards as well. Thanks so much for your consideration.
