What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
We love the option for previewing classes online for families. It allos them to go to their portal to see what classes their dancer(s) are eligible for, but then we cannot set a separate date and time for registration to officially open without going in and manually changing it. |
How should this work? |
There could be a separate option to set registration as "available for preview" and then set a registration date and time, rather than choosing between the two. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Everyone! With so many co-requisites, age requirements, exceptions, and eligibility settings, mistakes happen and families have been able to check these for us as well. It also makes registration so much smoother when parents are able to ask questions about certain requirements before registration opens. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This will overall help destress the registration time and spread out questions. Not to mention being able to let the system turn on registration without setting an alarm and doing it ourselves! |
