Alphabetize Staff List by first name in Staff Page/Staff Class Schedule

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

It is difficult to read/scan the list of staff in the staff list, since it is sorted by last name. If it is sorted by last name it would be easier to scan/read if it was list by Last, First. The Staff Class Schedule report is not alphabetize by name, and it is very difficult to read.

How should this work?

Alphabetize the list in both the Teachers & Staff page and in the Staff Class Schedule report consistently

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Reviewing staff for each season is difficult when viewing the report and when viewing the staff page. Not only does the order of the list make no sense, it is different in these two places.
