International area code option with registration

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Currently we are having to manually add the international area code for all mobile numbers. Can this be something that's automatic when customer register.

How should this work?

Have an option come up when registering to add the international area code - ie Australia +61, US +1

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Not having to manually go in and add the international area code to customer mobile number, which is needed for robo text, currently we have to do this manually, which is very time consuming
