Automatic notification for teachers when a student registers for their class.

It would be very helpful for teachers if they were notified of any new registrations in their class so that they can properly plan for new students in classes.

For studios like our selves that have a team of 20 teachers it would save us a lot of time from having to email each instructor individually once a student enrolls.

Ideally just a simple automated email that states "Student (age) has enrolled in Class"
