Release private lessons within a certain time frame

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We currently release private lessons for the following month on the 15th at 5pm. In order to do this fairly, we have to disable logins, manually set each appointment availability to the end of the following month and then open all logins again right on time. We would appreciate a feature that would only allow lessons to be booked within the next 30 days, for example, so that families can't too quickly take a lesson that an instructor schedule might change.

How should this work?

Ability to lock down the time frame for lessons to be booked without having to manual set it within each lesson. Even the ability to edit a group of lessons at once would be helpful in this instead of clicking within each one separately every month.
