I agree. We can't understand why emails only sent through Robomail are currently shown in the Communication Dashboard. It was help us out immensely if we could see if parents are opening their Statements, especially when communicating regarding overdue payments.
Agree 100% - I reached out to support on 3/21 thinking it was perhaps a glitch that statement emails were not showing on the Communication Dashboard. However they confirmed that the only emails that can be tracked currently, are those sent through Robomail, and nothing else. 🙁
Yes I agree. Any statements, billing, and autopay failures should be included to verify that a parent knows their bill and if their card failed.
