Add a Date to when Parents make an account on Student Summary

I have parents make accounts all the time and NOT register for classes. I know we get a a notification via email when someone makes and account but It would be great to see the actual date on DSP Student Summary when these parents made it. I have 314 active dancers on my DSP but only 131 are registered students. It's hard to follow up on clients that just made an account without going through all my emails. I hope this makes sense.
