Makeups to be included with emails or texts

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Make sure to include makeup students in emails and texts, especially for cancellations. We had to cancel a class, and the makeup students were not notified because they were not listed on the student page for that class.

How should this work?

Makeup students should be an option in the include section, similar to trial and drop-in students, to be included in the email.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Parents who show up at a closed studio due to a lack of communication.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It will provide more organized communication for students and parents to be part of any urgent closure if they do not regularly attend a class.
