Add a "reason" or "Comment" section next to Returned box in Costume Console

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

This solves having to track size exchanges somewhere else and alleviate cross referencing costume companies. It would all be right there.

How should this work?

Just have a comment section like this next to the "Return" box.

Admin and owner

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

We wouldn't have to keep size exchange on a separate word document that can easily get deleted or not correctly updated.
