It allows us to reply to emails and/or text messages when leads reach out to us with a question. As the setting apply now, if someone in the lead system opts out of communication but then they reach out to us with a question or for information about classes, there is no way for us to respond. |
How should this work? |
If a lead chooses to opt out of emails and/or texts but then decides they do want to communicate with us, they aren't going to realize the settings are preventing this. So if they reach out to us, we should have a way of responding to them. |

Everyone benefits. Admins and parents who want to take classes with us. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This will allow us to communicate with leads more efficiently. As it stands now, any leads who has reached out to us but opted out of emails and/or texts are just thinking we never replied to them. |
