Statement Email: Why Gray on Gray?

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

The email information we give on statements is VERY IMPORTANT and reiterates our policies. However, it is very hard to read and easily skipped over because of this gray or gray formatting.

How should this work?

It should be in clear black and white and we should be able to bold face certain words.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Everyone

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Hopefully, more people will read the statement and I will have less questions and unpaid bills.
