We are seeing a LOT of high schoolers making accounts under their name & email as both the parent and student. This gives us no way to contact the parents if the student doesn't respond. |
How should this work? |
Maybe not allow duplicate entries for name fields & emails in parent & student fields. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Admin and families - it's difficult to be sure the parent is signing waivers. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
It's quite a bit of follow-up every time we identify it. Teens are not great about responding to emails. |
