What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Im struggling with an easy way to check off skills each child has. Yes, there is a skills page, but I'd love for it to be divided into categories and with the option to email the parents individually or a bulk email with a easy to read and branded layout with spaces to insert notes from teachers and make leveling suggestions.

How should this work?

Organize the skills section under classes and students to have categories for skills. So we can have all ballet skills in one place, tap skills and so on. Then a space for teacher name and teacher note. And then a space thats editable for each studio, so I can put a section if we would recommend this student for performance team, competitive team, ect.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

I think staff and admins will benefit with the ease of this. And parents will be able to see it in an easy to read layout in their accounts and also get it emailed. And having the option to print would be handy too.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It would make it easier to do class evaluations for each student. And be able to send them out more regularly.
