What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

When having a mini session within a full season, the class still shows up on student's class list even after the mini session has ended. Being able to archive will allow us to clean up student class list while maintaining class history. Currently the only option is to delete it, we loose history.

How should this work?

In addition to being able to delete the class or make inactive, there should be an option to archive the class, dropping it from current enrollment but remaining in history reports.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin will be able to pull clear records of historical data, teachers will see an up to date and accurate list of the classes students are currently taking, and parents will only see active classes clearing confusion.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Clear reports.
