It would separate pass-through fees like competitions and conventions from actual income and would show our profit. |
How should this work? |
It could work just like the costume console. You would input a specific competition or convention, enter the dances each dancer is in, put in our cost and then put in student cost. We could post the fees when we want, just like we do for costumes, it would keep track of who has paid, what our profit was, and how much we owe to the competition companies, and when we submit payment to them. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
It would benefit admins, owners, and parents and keep things more streamlined so they know what they're paying for. It would keep competition fees from being counted toward profit. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
It would help us figure out how many staff members we could bring to comps based on our profit, it would make posting competition fees easier, and would make it easier to see who has paid and who hasn't. |
