Send noticed to admins about new ideas being added to DSP so we can comment on all new ideas

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Studio admins have ideas that we may not have thought of. It would be great if we could comment on them, rather than having to go in and look at the ideas. I know this might create more work for DSP, but it would help owners think about how DSP can help.
