Add an option to include notes on the student information forms

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We place notes on student accounts. We have paper backup files for staff who do not have DSP access. This would help create a paper copy when tasking staff with follow-ups. These would be notes that you may not want to share with parents, but you need to take action on.

How should this work?

Perhaps the ability to add notes by having a check box to select the notes that need to be included, or include not Yes/No and include any note that is not expired.

It will help provide faster access to student phone numbers, parent information, and notes for staff to follow up with parents.
