TURN ON "Share Costumes on Parent Portal" by SEASON when we are ready!

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

As we begin to choose costumes, and place orders, we are adding this information to each class but check "DO NOT SHARE IN PORTAL". We wait until everything is entered and ready before we choose to share the costume images/info with parents!

How should this work?

Currently, when we are ready to share, we have to go into each individual class and item to 'uncheck the box" to share this information on the portal! If there was an option to uncheck this box (when we are ready) by SEASON that would be incredibly helpful and save us SO MUCH TIME!!!

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Our Admin Staff would benefit greatly from the ease of this option! It would save us time and money!

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It would help us to streamline the cumbersome costume process!
