We don’t want anyone who is not enrolled in our Dance Season to have access to the documents shared in the Parent Portal, like the inactive students. |

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
We would like the ability to share files in the Parent Portal exclusively with current students. Right now, any parent who has ever created an account can access shared documents, even if they are no longer enrolled. This makes it difficult to manage privacy and distribute information efficiently. |
