I completely agree — the way statements currently display is one of the biggest sources of confusion for our parents.
When credits are applied and create a partial-payment balance, families need to be able to see that reflected on their end clearly. At the moment, they only see the full amount due, which understandably leads to questions when they’ve just submitted a credit or payment. This creates unnecessary back-and-forth and frustration for both parents and studio staff.
Ideally, the parent-facing view should mirror what we see on our side — especially when credits are applied, and a remaining balance reflects a partial payment. Transparent, real-time visibility would significantly reduce confusion, improve trust, and streamline communication.
I have been requesting this enhancement throughout the 10 years we have used this platform because it would meaningfully improve the user experience for both studios and families. Clear financial reporting is essential, and this adjustment would make a substantial difference.
