Currently, when an account is in credit but the credit has not yet been allocated, the system can display an outstanding balance. This creates confusion for families and results in unnecessary support enquiries. Allowing credits to automatically offset outstanding charges would significantly improve user clarity, reduce administrative follow-up, and enhance overall confidence in the accuracy of account statements. |
