Many of our students have outside scholarships or grants for extracurricular activities, and these scholarships/grants require us to provide them with a statements. These statements require a lot of info including the teacher's name. Currently, we have to copy and paste the transactions page/statements into Word and manually add each teacher name for each month. |
How should this work? |
It would be great if there was a checkbox in the Statements and Receipts settings to add the teachers' names. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Parents wouldn't have to ask us for an updated statement every month because their statements are available through the Parent Portal. Plus, our staff would be inundated with these requests at the beginning of each month. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
There will be significantly less time spent having the same conversation with parents every month, and less work manually creating a tuition breakdown just to add the teachers' names. |
