formatting options should be available in text editors

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

The text editors in Studio Pro do not have formatting options. For example, see Settings --> Online Registration --> Registration email.

How should this work?

Ideally, there would be basic formatting options when composing emails, i.e. bold/underscore/italics and bullet-point lists. See the attached screenshot for an example.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins will benefit by being able to make more dynamic and clear emails, i.e. by drawing focus to key points by using bold or italics. Students will benefit by receiving clearer emails.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?
