We have more than one admin user that sends out communication to families. When we have ONE signature, it has to either be my name as the director OR we make it less personalized and it's a general studio signature. |

Under communication settings for each admin user, they should be able to create their own signature. |

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
Separate email signatures personalize the communication experience for families and encourages accountability for the other admin staff. Families should be able to see when the director is sending them an email, versus the admin assistant. There are some issues with only ONE signature. For example - parents may contact the director about an email that the assistant sent and directors may not be prepared to answer a question about an email (perhaps a mistake in dates or times) because we did not send the email or may not have seen it yet. |
