What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
Parents many times end up enrolling into a class instead of booking a trial as they confuse the tick box on the side of the class name as being for a trial. Trials are better off being a separate tab to enrollment to remove any confusion. The registration manager is such a great tool but I feel it isn't easy for parents to book a trial themselves. Unless I train my admin staff explicitly on how to book a trial, they will always mistakenly use the enrollment feature. |
How should this work? |
The easiest and most logical process would be to insert an extra option before the PICK CLASS OPTION in registration manager. Users can be given the option to select trial or enroll and then are taken to the correct tab for that specific function. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Everyone as it will quickly increase the amount of leads booking into a trial easily and quickly. It also means enquiries and leads won't be missed as currently at least 25 - 35% of enquiries are lost as parents do not respond to our calls or emails meaning we miss out on converting them to a trial. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This will help my business and student numbers to grow rapidly as it means I can have a link on my website and socials for parents to book their own trial and then automatically receive the confirmation email. It would be a game changer to have an easier registration process for trials. |
