Makes several actions be combined into 1 click saving time and screen changes

How should this work?

Having a check box for Paid in full accounts should allow user to click box when account is paid in full which would stop further tuition charges, late fee's with just a click.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin and parents. Saves admin time, keeps parents happy as they won't accidently get charged tuition or late fee's when accounts are paid in full at the beginning or early one in the season.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will help greatly as now I waste time adding PIF notes to accounts, going to "stop tuition until this date" actions, adding end dates for when info is no longer needed (like the end of the season-so that it is gone by the start of the next season) all accomplished in one click that is pre-determined under tools or settings for the (check box) action.
