What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
The director and assistant director substitute for classes frequently. They have their own log-in for their own classes and we do not want them to have to log into the Admin account separtely to take attendance. Instead, we have been adding them as a co-instructor when they do sub. This is frustrating because then they are listed as instructors when they aren't regularly. |
How should this work? |
Offer an "admin" type of instructor option so they can see all class attendance linked with their instructor log-in. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Everyone. Admin will not have to add them to the class to allow for attendance and families will not see them as instructors. This will allow for the admin staff to also take attendance easily for other substitutes. |

Will add ease to already stressful times when having to make adjustments for staff who are out. |
