Add the ability to hide columns on the Robo-Sizer Costume Ordering Report

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

On December 11th, 2025, this report was changed to fix the issue with exporting the report to Excel. Unfortunately, when that was done, it added the class and costume information on each line for each student. Because the column for Costumes Notes is fairly narrow, any amount of information in this section extends the length of the report drastically, making it difficult to read, which makes it difficult for "at a glance" costume ordering.

While the report can be exported to Excel for a better view, the Excel report does not show the costume image, which is important for studios when ordering costumes.

How should this work?

When running the report, you can add additional checkboxes that allow you to hide class details on the report. This should ideally hide the new columns that were added to the report since the information is still displayed as a header on the report. If this cannot be done, a checkbox to hide Costume Notes can be added instead, as this is the column that is making the report unreadable.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

The report, in its new state, alters the methods that many studios currently use. Updating this will allow studios with established methods return to their normal processes. The report is difficult to print currently, with all of the needed information. It can be run sacrificing essential details, such as the student information or the image.
