I now have to check each account individually for credits and apply them before running auto pay for any parents who pay ahead or have overpayments. This is monthly. |
This would be super helpful as an option! I have had Auto Pay charge tuition when an account had credit for several months on there, and the parent got upset. Would LOVE this as an added option when putting in a payment or credit to "AUTO APPLY TO OLDEST BALANCES"
