What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

clarity for my office staff and customers when viewing their statements and trying to make the correct payments

How should this work?

have a page for all transactions, but be able to filter the transaction, only view tuition, or only view costumes, or only view comp fees.
Very confusing when they are all listed and due at different times.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

admins and parents

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

able to organize the transactions. way easier to explain to parents what they owe, when they owe, parents can log into the portal and view the different tabs to understand their outstanding balance (which creates less work for my admin staff so they do not have to review and explain the balances to each family who walks in).
