Adding a note to the transaction journal on an account will allow admins to provide context for certain fees or payments. Or the notes can be informative for admin/teachers/staff only |

When looking at the Transaction Journal, in the dropdown menu of "Posting Type", there could be another option - "Note On Account" |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
The ability to make the note visible to the student or not would give the admins/staff the option of posting notes and context only THEY should see and can be helpful when posting tuition, removing a charge, or explaining a charge/payment/discount, etc |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This can help to give important information to admins at a glance when reviewing a student's transaction journal - ESPECIALLY when time has passed and there is wonder WHY a certain charge/payment/deletion etc happened. This could be important when a student is enrolled, withdraws, is going to enroll/return, etc. |
