pay rate for instucter staff

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

i have insutcters who get payed by several difrent pay rate codes in our old system and need a way to set difrent paraters for how each instucters payroll is caculated.

How should this work?

I would like options added for both reguler classes, speclity classes (prenum rate) as well as privite lesses so that my staff can be corectly and acuratly so that all records are detailed and acurate.

This would inprove acuracy and to make syre there is a line item for each pay code i want to use
