How should this work?

can i have the ability to turn specific settings on or off so that the loby screen can be adjusted based on the sections i want to use and turn off the sections i do not need or plan on using. Also i would like to scheduled featured items to be displayed for a set calander range and then make that item as inactive so that when i am not in the office i can have things pre created and update automatically for us.

Also the date and time clock needs to show the seconds as well as a setting i can enable to show the seconds portion on the screen as well.

also for each class for the curent day i would like for it to show the classroom number as well as if they class has any drop in avalbility. Also if i class session is cancled for the day i would like for it be marked red so that visaters know if a class will not be held for that day.

Also when the studio is closed for the day or before or after houers to have the screen go dark to save energy.

it would help me scedule things out more in advance so that i can have things shown and removed based on the calander scedule i assign to it.
