There should be an option to input date range to not charge fee - Currently there is only option not to charge till a particular date there is no starting date box given

There is no option to not charge fee for a time period

Add an option to do " do not charge tuition FROM --/--/---- through to --/--/---

Greatly , because right now I have to manually enter each student's holiday period.
