Make Small Batch Emails Automatic

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Preventing emails from going to spam or being completely blocked by email servers.

How should this work?

When sending an email to more than a certain number of people (whatever number triggers the spam and block filters), the system would automatically divide the emails into batches that are slightly smaller than the trigger number.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Everyone!

• Admin will be able to send a single email instead of manually.

• Parents/Students will actually receive all of the studio emails without needing to log in to their portals.

• Studio Owners won't have to worry about important emails being blocked.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Less stress! Email is our main mode of communication, so I need to know it is going through, and not have to wait for a parent to realize they haven't been receiving things.

Save time! Minimize parent questions since they won't be missing emails anymore.

Make classes and rehearsals more efficient. When all families are receiving the needed information, the dancers are more likely to come prepared, and we lose less time trying to fix problems.
