What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Instead of going into the specific dancer's communication history, all emails sent are in one tab

How should this work?

Separate tab that allows you to see all email communication, and separate drop downs or tabs/filter by class, student, studio etc.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?
