Instead of going into the specific dancer's communication history, all emails sent are in one tab |

Separate tab that allows you to see all email communication, and separate drop downs or tabs/filter by class, student, studio etc. |

This will help by seeing the history of emails sent, instead of going to the individual dancers/class's communication tab |
Also, please add this as a MENU ITEM separately. "Bulletin Board" while clever, is not as intuitive as "Email History"
Because when you click on Bulletin Board it takes a long time for the system to import those, people don't wait for it. They may be more likely to wait for Email History.
