What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
Right now every item in my online store shows up in the parent portal with the same transaction code, this means I then have to click a separate button to get a detail of what was purchased for every online store item. |
How should this work? |
I would like it if I could add individual transaction codes to each item instead of to the store as a whole. Or automatically include the item descriptions to the memo line. Then if a parent purchases a recital shirt and a pair of tights it would reflect that way in their portal instead of just saying a general online store code for all items. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
This would help our staff identify online purchase quicker without having to dig through several different transactions (clicking details and going to a new page each time) to find the transaction for a specific item. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This will save us time as well as help parents to identify the online store purchases listed in their transaction history with what each item is instead of a general online code. |
