Make Up Class - Book on Portal

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We are constantly inundated with requests to schedule make up classes. When we schedule a make up we cannot see if anyone already has a make up scheduled for that day.

How should this work?

We would set up which classes can be used as a make up option and limit the number of students that can attend a make up at a given time. Then parents could schedule them through the parent portal.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

This would benefit the admin staff AND the parents because it would eliminate the back and forth emails to set up the make up class. It would also benefit the teachers because there would be a cap on the number of students able to make up at a given time.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It would make our lives so much easier....and be easier for the parents to set up.
