Add total at the bottom of Billing Reports - Example Overdue Fees - would be nice if there was a total at the bottom so I don't have to add up every amount when figuring what $$ is either coming due or past due.


What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I run billing reports towards the end of each month to see what $ is coming in for tuition for the upcoming month to help budget for that month. For example, my tuition is due 25th of the month. I run a overdue fee report and set the date for the 26th so it brings up everyone who has not yet paid the upcoming tuition payment. That recently made a 28-page report. I then have to add everything up when it would be nice if there was a last line at the bottom for "total" so I can see the full total of what should be coming in on the 25th.

How should this work?

Add an additional line at the bottom of reports to give the total that is "overdue"

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin/Owner - helps us better budget for the upcoming month in advance.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It will help me adjust my budget accordingly if needed, I could add in extra advertising costs, or get some upcoming studio repairs scheduled if there is a decent increase in cost. All financial reports should have a total at the bottom so we don't have to add it all up manually.
