I run billing reports towards the end of each month to see what $ is coming in for tuition for the upcoming month to help budget for that month. For example, my tuition is due 25th of the month. I run a overdue fee report and set the date for the 26th so it brings up everyone who has not yet paid the upcoming tuition payment. That recently made a 28-page report. I then have to add everything up when it would be nice if there was a last line at the bottom for "total" so I can see the full total of what should be coming in on the 25th. |

It will help me adjust my budget accordingly if needed, I could add in extra advertising costs, or get some upcoming studio repairs scheduled if there is a decent increase in cost. All financial reports should have a total at the bottom so we don't have to add it all up manually. |
