Date and timestamp communications in the view

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Having the date and timestamp of when a communication was sent on the VIEW provides 1) not going back and forth to the communication history of when the communication was sent, 2) if the communication needs to be printed it will provide the necessary historical information, 3) in order to get the full email with the date and time stamp information, I have to have access to the administrator's email inbox to see the full message with the send and timestamp and date info. I do not have access to my admins email

How should this work?

It should provide the exact copy of the email that is sent, not just the text from the email window of the email

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

I have to ask the administrators/directors to forward the email that was so I can get all the meta data on the communication.
