Allow FAMILY Credit Balance

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Allow a family Credit Balance to apply to all dancers under that parent

How should this work?

Family account should be able to make a large payment and carry a credit balance that any dancers under that family account can pull from

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins, parents

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

I will not have to go move money from specific dancers within a family to other dancers within a family when - for example - one has a credit balance and one has a balance due.
