I will not have to go move money from specific dancers within a family to other dancers within a family when - for example - one has a credit balance and one has a balance due. |
This is definitely needed. If they paid via cash or check, it is easy enough to move the money around, but when they pay by credit card, the only option is to do a non-revenue credit on the dancer who needs the money, and then a random charge on the dancer who has the credit, which makes book-keeping confusing.
This is massive and has a big impact on families.
