Pause/Hold Account Management

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Students who want to keep their spot in a class but will not attend for a period of time. If we just mark them absent, then they are allowed to schedule makeups that they technically wouldn't have paid for. Also, it's not possible to stop posting tuition for just specific classes so this is hard and ineffective to manage manually.

How should this work?

This could work 2 ways- Future Add (like future drop) where they join the class automatically on a particular day, but still holds the spot from the available number of class seats or a way to mark them paused where tuition will not post for that class. This would also be helpful to teachers to see who is joining their classes later, for recital planning purposes.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

There is currently really no way to manage this without a lot of manual tuition overrides/credits/notes to teachers etc, so this would be a great improvement.
