What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

This allows parents to begin creating their account right from the studio's website.

How should this work?

Under the studio's registration tab on their website, there could be a DSP widget that allows the beginning stages of creating their account in DSP - such as parent name, child name, dob, phone number, address. Then after they "submit" or click to next page, it will open a new tab in their browser to continue registration through DSP's website.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Parents may find this very convenient. I also think that it would be a benefit to admin to clearly communicate where/how to create a portal.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

I think that convenience is key here. It will make DSP users seem up to date and knowledgeable about the customer experience.
