Parents: to have their questions answered as quickly as possible. Staff: Avoiding unnecessary questions about using the parent portal. |

The biggest issue as an administrator that I have is new parents not knowing how to navigate their portals. Sometimes it takes a great deal of time to answer their questions regarding the many uses of their portals. |
